Happy Holidays and all that good stuff
Merry Yule, Happy Kwanzaa, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah. Whatever it is you are celebrating this holiday season. I wish you all happiness and joy, love and prosperity today and the days to come.
This year I’ve met many more people unsure of how to wish someone a holiday and still have it be PC. I don’t know how it’s come down to all that. I don’t follow a specific faith. It’s spiritual for me. I’m all about whether I’m a good human being, not what my “God”‘s name is. I’ve never been offended when someone has wished me a Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, etc.. After all, they are wishing you good things regardless of their choice of wording. I know that the certain holidays can carry religious connotations to it. However, what I’m getting to is, it’s all words. The semantics are up to you. Don’t lose sight of the fact that during the holiday season we are able to gather with loved ones, friends and family for times of joy and love. Cherish your times, don’t squander it.
